Friday, January 11th at 07:10 PM
From $15

The Quad City Storm’s inaugural season is halfway through and the fans are excited as they were on opening night! Friday, January 11th is sure to be jam-packed! The Storm will be hosting the Knoxville Ice Bears. It is also Faith & Family Night and there is a lot to be excited about! We will have a pregame concert put on by Wildwood Church. Former Iowa Hawkeye point guard, Mike Gesell, will be speaking on his faith and how his playing career impacted his beliefs. Chick-fil-a will also be doing a special giveaway! Helmets of Hope and the Storm have partnered up to raise funds! Here is a little bit about their incredible organization:

Helmets of Hope provides essential household supplies to veterans who move off the streets and into housing of their own with the assistance of VA subsidies. Estimates are that nearly 40,000 veterans are homeless in the United States, including scores - likely hundreds - in the area Helmets of Hope serves. The veterans who escape homelessness with the help of one of our partner agencies have few resources to afford basic items such as the rags, cleaners, paper- and laundry products, etc. that we provide. In response to that need, since December 2015 we have provided more than 13,000 supply items to more than 320 veterans in a 32-county area in Iowa and Illinois - both in the form of 20-item “move-in kits” when they first take residence, and refill products as they rebuild their lives. Your ticket purchase to the January 11 Quad City Storm game will help us serve those who have served us all.

Tickets are on sale for just $15 in the Twister Section or $20 in the Blizzard Section of the lower-bowl! $5 of every Twister ticket and $8 of every Blizzard ticket sold will be going back to Helmets of Hope!

You will be emailed your tickets three days before the game. You must print the tickets out and bring them to the game. Getting tickets for a group is easy this year! No more standing in line, no having a physical ticket to sell. Just share the code with all of your friends and co-workers via email, Facebook, Twitter, and text!

If you haven’t liked our Quad City Storm Facebook and Twitter pages yet, please do. We plan on having some fun posts throughout the season! Don’t forget to post your game night group pictures on our Facebook and Twitter pages!
